FTP Support

 File Transfer Protocol better known as FTP allows you to connect to a web server in order to upload your files to your website.

We recommend FileZilla which is a FREE FTP software.

In order to connect via FTP to the server you require settings which Galnet Internet Services will have provided to you in your welcome email.

Incase you’ve lost your email with this information the basic connection information is shown below:

Host:  ftp.galnet.co.uk
Username:  yourcpusername
Password:  *******

If you have lost your Username and Password then please contact us, and we will be able to issue you with a new one. Please note for security please include your Full Name, Address and Phone Number in the requested email.
