From time to time your email may stop working for reasons unknown, the best solution is to check all your settings are correct. Listed below are the required elements to check.
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.galnet.co.uk
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.galnet.co.uk
Username: youremail@cpusername
Password: *******
Please also make sure you have ticked the box “My Server Requires Authentication”.
If your still having issues with login or sending then please check the port numbers:
POP3: 110
SMTP: 25 or 2500
It’s best to try changing the SMTP port number should you have issues sending email as some ISP providers can block port 25 from sending email.
