Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Why is there a £50 setup fee with your broadband?
A: This fee is there so that we can provide a no contact service to you from day 1.

Q: If I was to say I would stay with you for 24 months on broadband would you offer a no setup fee?
A: Our services are setup on our system to be for 1 month only, as such it is a fee we have to pay out to BT in order to have Broadband provisioned on your line. Therefore we wouldn’t be able to offer this service.

Q: On ordering how quickly will my hosting be activated?
A: As soon as we have clarified your order and payment has been made your hosting account will be activated normally within 1 hour of office hours.

Q: Does your servers provide FFMPEG?
A:  Our shared servers don’t provide this services, however we can setup a dedicated server for you. Contact us for further information.

Q: I wish to order both hosting and broadband from you, do I have 2 control panels for this?
A: No. Our clients area has been setup to allow for expansion and all our services can be controlled from one central location.

Q: How long does it take for my broadband to be activated on my line?
A: Normal times for this can be between 5 – 14 working days, we will notify you about this on ordering. We aim to provide an accurate date of activation.

Q: I am worried that should I order I will be tied into a lengthy contract, what are your contract terms?
A: We don’t have a contract length, unless you are a web design client, this is a 12 month contract with auto-renewal. We will contact you when your contract is due for renewal and ask if you wish to continue. All broadband and hosting services are on a 1 month contract period.
